What is Ratabari Talent Search Examination (RTSE)?

RTSE is a competitive talent search examination conducted by Active Rural Social Progress (A.R.S.P.) NGO for students from Class 4 to Class 10 across Ratabari, Karimganj District, Assam. It aims to identify academic talent, promote healthy competition, and award scholarships, medals, and certificates.

How can I download my Admit Card (Hall Ticket)?

You can download your Admit Card directly from the Student Services Portal on our homepage or by visiting the RTSE 2026 page. Simply enter your Application Number (e.g., RTSE202600013) and Date of Birth, then click Get Admit Card.

What are the Distinction & Merit Criteria Rules?

Results are automatically assigned based on performance cutoffs:
• 🌟 DISTINCTION: 85% & Above (Top Academic Excellence)
• 🎖️ MERIT: 75% – 84.9% (First Class with Merit)
• ⭐ STAR: 60% – 74.9% (First Division)
• ✅ PASSED: 33% – 59.9% (Standard Pass)
• ❌ FAILED: Below 33%

Can I pay the registration fee offline in cash?

Yes! During online registration or payment step, select "Pay Later / Cash at Counter". You can then submit your application fee at the office or to your school coordinator, and an official receipt will be issued marking your status as PAID.
