Active Rural Social Progress (A.R.S.P.) was founded with the vision of bridging the educational gap between urban and rural Assam. Based in Ratabari, Karimganj District, we work tirelessly to identify and nurture hidden talent across the region.
Our flagship program, the Ratabari Talent Search Examination (RTSE), provides a fair and competitive platform for students of Classes 4 to 10 to showcase their academic abilities. Top performers are celebrated with scholarships, laptops, trophies, and personalized merit certificates.
Beyond academics, A.R.S.P. is actively engaged in environmental conservation, rural health awareness, and community development through tree-plantation drives, clean-village campaigns, and youth mentorship workshops.
